Seriously........... this is just Mayonnaise!

Put it on your sandwich......not in your hair.

This guy can cut, color, and style your hair using just one paperclip.

The lovable staff at lab wanted to show their unwavering support to the first large scale hotel in Victoria to go "carbon neutral" by feasting on a delicious sunday brunch served up at the Laurel Point Inn.

Lab's with Coco

Lab would like to take a second and honor the integrity with which Conan O'brien left the Tonight Show.

Even though it was his life long dream to host the (now sure to be deteriorating) late night flagship position, he has walked away from what he felt would lead to the shows destruction.

Showing tremendous integrity and sincerity during the final taping making a plea to resist cynicism and to be honest hard working and genuine with all.

Thanks for the last seven months Conan.......you are a hero.

Coachella = Music heaven

As far as we can tell this may be the best line up for a music festival EVER. If you have any bands to cross off your list in the way of live shows.....you just might be able to get em all at once.

And best of all local hero's Jets Overhead will be gracing the stage. Makes you proud doesn't it?

Closed for Color Training

This weekend Lab salon is closed so that the talented staff can further perfect their craft as expert colorists. Schwarzkopf technical advisor Sue Speers is joining us from across the pond to provide a custom outfitted "masters class" in color theory and the latest application techniques.

Sasquatch 2010

One of the very first things we ever posted on the lab blog was about our magical trip to the Sasquatch Music Festival. Even though the official line up for 2010 has not been released, the rumours of rockstars are already flying. The salon will likely be closed from May 29-31st because we are all going. You might be able to see us in this video. We are the ones getting trampled to death in front of Deadmau5 while trying to protect a couple who thought that they were there to see "The Dead Mau Five"? ( I dunno must be some sort of jazz combo).

Trust me this one is a weekend to remember.

The Lab Rat

Lab superstar Aahmes Deschutter has started a little side project called " The Lab Rat".

In a nutshell Aahmes will carve anything you suggest into the hair of his friend Andrew (a.k.a. "The Lab Rat)
